I'm seeking advise on employment records for submitting the documents for the PR application.
I require to submit the employment record for two positions I held. (1) - my job before I moved to Canada, (2) - Ongoing current job
&
(3) Offer of Employment
&
(4) Letter of Employment
(1) My job in US before moving to Canada
- I retrieved a reference letter from then supervisor on Feb, 2022. Unfortunately, my then supervisor is no longer with the company. My question here is, do I need new reference letter for my job in US or the one I have dated- Feb 18,2022 is sufficient and valid?
(2) My Job in Canada - ongoing
- I can retrieve a new reference letter from my current supervisor. I retrieved one in August,2022 in Canada when I got selected for PNP (but due to some reasons I couldn't proceed). Do I need the new reference letter or the one I retrieved in August,2022 is valid?
(3) Offer of Employment
- My current offer letter is dated January 31,2022 and its ongoing job with no end-date. Do I need new offer letter with new dates for this or the one I was provided can be submitted as its permanent position and no end date?
(4) Letter of Employment
- Do I need that for my both the jobs (one in US and current job)?
- How is it different than Offer of Employment?
