Hey guys, hope you are doing well. I'm seeking help in this forum as I'm constantly confused in regards to after ITA document checklist.

I claimed 2 NOC B work experiences within the same company.
First one was from July 2016 to November 2017. Then my previous visa and visa extension expired. Therefore I had to get terminated and was waiting for my new visa. After receiving my new visa I started working for the same company from February 2018 - present. (Noc B as well, but different position).

Cic is asking me to upload two Employment Records. And as far as I understand I don't have to upload ROE since I'm still working for the same company. Therefore my employer gave me experience letter that states all my positions held within company.

My questions are:

1) Can I upload the same letter to both (Employment record 1, Employment Record 2?) Or should I be pain in the butt and ask my boss to separate all positions in different letters so I can upload it separate?

2) Does the the experience letter have to stated all job responsibilities or Just summary?

3) What is the main difference between Employment Record and Letter of Employment?

I have no idea what should I include nor what is the requested format and how detailed it must be.

Thanks all for any comment.

"Employment records" are supporting documents. If you are talking about in-Canada work experience, the preferred documents are the T4, NOA, maybe a recent paystub or two. Contracts are sometimes useful.

And as far as I understand I don't have to upload ROE since I'm still working for the same company.
One ROE would exist, from your first period of employment. But the ROE is not mandatory. It is useful if there are gaps in your letter or other documentation.

Therefore my employer gave me experience letter that states all my positions held within company.
That is OK, as long as the letter provides all the details for each position (job title, dates, hours worked per week, salary/wages + benefits, and most importantly, job duties and responsibilities).

My questions are:

1) Can I upload the same letter to both (Employment record 1, Employment Record 2?) Or should I be pain in the butt and ask my boss to separate all positions in different letters so I can upload it separate?
There should be a different place to upload the letter of reference/letter of employment, I believe. The "employment records" are the supporting documents. If there is not a separate place, scan all the documents in to a single PDF file for each position.

2) Does the the experience letter have to stated all job responsibilities or Just summary?
5-10 main duties and responsibilities.

3) What is the main difference between Employment Record and Letter of Employment?
Explained above. The letter of Employment is the "experience letter" or "reference letter" from your employer. Employment records are supporting documents.

I have no idea what should I include nor what is the requested format and how detailed it must be.
