Employment record from home country - how much is enough?

I worked in this well-known company for 7 years so I have plenty of records to show for it. But I'm getting paranoid about how much should I include, since there are some documents that I need to make additional effort to contact my old employer.
I worked for position A from 2015 to 2021. Since 2022 I was promoted to position B. I stopped working there by September 2022
During the years of position A, I had multiple raises, even multiple raises in the same year.
--------
  • I have a reference letter of my then-supervisor confirming my whole employment duration, when I was promoted to position B, and my latest salary at position B, duties at position A and B
  • As for paystubs, I only managed to retain the latest 8 paystubs during my work here. I would need to ask the employer if I wanted more.
  • Apart from paystubs, I did manage to ask the employer for a 'confirmation of annual income' for the whole 7-year period, 1 confirmation for each year.
  • I have all contracts I signed over the years, and all the contract appendix for the times I received a raise.
--------
My tentative document for employment record for this period consist of:
  • 1 page to list what I have and on what page
  • reference letter page mentioned above, and another confirmation letter of the company for my whole 7-year period
  • 8 paystubs of the last year I worked there
  • confirmation of annual income letters (income, total tax paid, tax id number, etc.), 8 of them for 7 years period (2015-2022)
  • Contracts signed over the years (same position, but the first 2 contracts were definite term so had to be resigned). Due to 4MB file size constraint, I could only include page 1,2 and last page of each contract (showing position, title, signature and stamping)
  • A photo of a commemorative plaque received from the company for 5 years of service (it says 5 years of service with my name and company name on it)
  • My company award for employee of the year in 2019
  • A screen capture of the company's social media post tagging me, with a photo of me in the post, along with the url to that same photo
  • Again due to size constraint, I could not include the appendix for salary increase at all
The document after multiple attempts of downsizing, finally got to 3.5MB while the pages are still legible
------

Question is:
  • with all those information listed do I need to ask for an updated reference letter, stating every single yearly salary I got over 7 years?
  • Should I add the appendix for salary increase in client information letter then?
Thank you very much :)
