Employment Record-Different titles

Hi all,
I am now preparing my supporting documents for my eAPR and I have 30 days left.
I already uploaded my ER that I think meets the requirements of CIC (letter head, detailed duties, title, salary and benefit, Noc code, hrs per week, signed by my superior, sealed). What I am doubting now is the format of the letter.
I have been working in the same company for 5 years (which I am claiming poits for) and held different positions (being promoted from assistant to officer to supervisor) though my job remain pretty much the same as an actuary to design life products. My supervisor signed 1 signature and my company sealed once on that.
What I have is a table that clearly breaks the employment period corresponding to the title that I held with CIC required information captured. Then I read posts that say I should SEPARATE the letter to cover each of the position held. It came to me that then my direct manager will have to sign like 4 times.
Please share with me if I should do that. My detailed job duties do not vary much from year to year except the part where I have to coach more staff
