Employment recommendation letter for bc pnp

I already got my invitation for bc pnp and preparing docs to submit application. I have all documents ready except employer recommendation letter. I don't have sample format of it. If you don't mind could you plz share the format of it for reference or give an any idea about it.

Your employer should explain why your skills and quality match what they are looking for from a successful candidate, and give you some concrete compliments based on facts. Just like a regular recommendation letter.
