Employment post ITA, not claiming

I have got an offer of employment starting next week, I have not claimed or reported this for CRS and am at the stage of uploading documents after ITA. Do I need to update the information about my new employment? If I do, will I have to show reference letters from this employer as well if I have not claimed points for this earlier?

Just update this in your personal history post ITA, no need get letters or anything.
