One of my friend got a job offer from an employer based in Toronto. What if both employer and employee are not satisfied with each other ? Will he be able to switch to some other job ? Are there any implications?

Hi,
everything depends on his work permit. If open, your friend can change his employer anytime. If closed, he can work for the same employer only.
