I recently got invite to apply for Canada PR through Express Entry PNP program. I am filling my eAPR and in employment section, I have few concerns.
1: I started working for my 3rd employer 8 years ago since 2012. For first two years I worked as Software Engineer(2173) in India and then moved to onsite USA as Business Analyst (2171) for 6 years. Should I keep it as two different employments as Express Entry or club it as one. I can get referral letters for both scenarios : two with each set of roles/duties or one LOR with two set of roles/duties.
2: I am working for one of the top IT company in India and the letter head only include name of the company name, logo and website reference on top. My manager will put his contacts details at the bottom including official email id. Would that be enough since it will not have company address and phone no. in the document?
PS : I am planning to add pay stubs/ offer letter as supporting document.
3: One of my previous employer (worked for 2 years ) does not have roles/duties on my experience letter but my previous manager provided me a affidavit without company letter since he left the company as well. It was for when I had 2173 duties. My current and primary NOC in Express Entry is 2171. So should that be enough or I just remove it from employment (I will mention it in personal history only). My express entry profile has over 1000 pts so I guess can afford.
4: Could any change in eAPR (even if score is way over cutoff ) from Express Entry raise flags/marked as false representation?
