Hello,
I am in a complicated situation now. I have worked as a store supervisor for a convenience store for 1 year in 2020. Then i left. I worked only minimum wage and was okay with that because i was focused on learning how to run a store because i wanted to own one. Then I left that job and started working somewhere else with a better pay and was working on my LMIA from this new place. My PR file was created and I added my one year experience as a supervisor. Then the 75 points draw happened and i got my invitation without LMIA. But now my old employer said that he will only give me my employment letter as a cashier. He is okay with listening all of my duties which mach the NOC B 6211 but he won’t write my position. I don’t have any other documents other then my pay stubs at minimum wage and T4. Do I have any real options? Please let me know. My lawyer says it will be fine as long as i have all the duties in there but the cashier position is a NOC C or D type job.
