Hi! My husband (sponsor) received the letter from his work today. They wrote the date in which he started working, how much money he earns per hour and that he is elegible for overtime but they didn't mention his regular hours per week? Should we request a new letter? We have everything almost ready to apply the next week and it took almost a month to receive this letter

Don't bother requesting a new letter. Just include a few recent payslips.
