Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Hi,

Has anyone else submitted employment letters that do not explicitly spell out responsibilities? I have worked for a couple of Fortune 500 in multiple countries around the world, and it was a real hassle arranging for the employment letters. The letters I submitted contain everything except the responsibilities. They also contain contact information for HR in case more information is needed.

My AOR is from September, and I am wondering if I should / can submit any added information about the responsibilities associated with these roles by providing CIC with website links similar job-postings by my employers?

In this case I would definitely submit letters to clarify did you did undertake the tasks in the job description. My advice: Use the NOC as a guide only. Do not copy word for word otherwise they will get suspicious. Ensure that you phrase the tasks you did in a way which accurately reflects the job.

As you have submitted already send a Case Specific Inquiry.

Buddy, here is what I did and my letters were accepted. I submitted reference letters issued, email from managers confirming responsibilities with a note stating CIC may get in touch with manager for any further verification. On top of it, promotion letters, latest salary slips plus some additional salary slips. I didn't get them notarised.
