Employment letter,,,,Please help

Hi all;

I am applying under CEC category ...

My company HR says that they do no have access to my job responsibilities and duties so they can not write these into my employment letter..,,,,They suggested me to ask my manager to write another letter with my jobs and responsiblities....Would that work ?

Yes that would work.

In my case also, HR told me that they cant write duties on my employment letter. I asked my manager for that, he said he doesn't know what to write so he advised me to write a letter by myself. I wrote all the job responsibilities in that letter and my manager signed it. I attached the letter from HR also along with responsibilities letter.
