Hi,

I have a question regarding the employment letter. I have received my employment letter signed by the HR adviser on company letter head. Is it sufficient?. Does it have to be from the Head of HR department? Name of my supervisors are mentioned on the letter but their signatures are not provided.

Thank You.

I dont think it matters. I got 2 letters from my manager and 3 letters from the vice president of HR with the managers name mentioned on it.

Is it essential to have the letter signed by HR?

I have a reference letter (all elements included such as duties, salary, full-time, duration, etc) signed by my direct manager on plan A4 paper but without a letterhead. His business card and official contact info. was attached, is that sufficient?
