Employment letter for SOWP

Hello everyone,

I am about to apply for a SOWP for my wife. I have a doubt about the format of the letter.
Should the letter specify the NOC Code of my job or just the job title (Business Systems Analyst) and duties & responsibilities?

Yes, it should state the NOC Code

Also should say your annual income, with the date started working there.
