Hi everyone
My friend came from India as a student last December. She was not eligible for employment insurance but she applied for it. She also got 2000 but we want to refund it as it’s not legally her money. She asked one agent who wants 250 dollars as his fee. Is there any way to do that by ourself ?

She should contact. It will likely take a few attempts.

maybe she means CERB then contact CRA.
