Employment Insurance to Maternity Leave.. please help..

hi there, is there anyone of you tried this situation?

i'm currently on EI since August because of shortage of work and at the same time pregnant.am I still eligible to get ML by January 2014 and my due date is Feb 2014? I worked for 8 months here in Alberta before I applied for EI.. thank you

You need 52 weeks consecutive weeks of employment to qualify.

i think for you to be qualify for EI you should have atleast 600 hrs at work before you take maternity leave..i am a mom of 3.
