Employment Insurance for Critical illness of an adult

Hi Everyone
I need to apply for EI for taking care of critically ill person. i know that we need to submit a medical certificate form provided by service canada but the issue is that the hospital where the treatment is going on l(outside canada) they have a policy to not sign or authorize any external documents but they did provide their own medical certificate which has all the info about the disease etc and I have all reports and everything but I am worried if i don't get the Service canada's form signed then would my claim be rejected, please let me know if anybody faced this situation

All you can do is go to Service Canada and find out. No one can tell you absolutely that it will be accepted or refused.
