I have a query regarding employment proofs. I am sorry if this is a repetitive question but please guide me! Here or goes:
So I was working with XYZ company from sept 2010 to jan 2017 in India. Then I resigned and came to US. Then i had a gap in my employment and again join XYZ’s parent company in US. I worked there from July 2017 to Jan 2018. Then again had a big gap amd joined 3rd company say ABC in Dec 2018 and currently working woth the same.
Now my queries are:
1. Do I need to provide the emplyment proof from all 3 companies? First 2 being parent and subsidiary company.
2. Can I skip the emplyment proof from my current employee coz m quite sure they wont be providing me the letter in required format.
3. Though I am working since 2007, but I am considering only from 2010 as only last 10 years data matter. Am I right or I need to consider right from 2007?
