Employment gap

I have PGWP and currently working in noc B category job , my question is one year continuous work experience compulsory or It’s fine if I complete six months experience then take a break for a month or 2 and complete other 6 months ?

"Work experience does not need to be continuous to get points under the CRS. But, to qualify under the Federal Skilled Worker Program, you must have at least one year of continuous full-time paid work experience, either in Canada or abroad."
