Employment Experience Mismatch in Past Visa Application

Hi,
I had applied for Canada Visa in past but I did not mention the job experience in the Visa Application that I am using now to claim Express Entry work experience points.
Will it affect my application assessment for PR now?
The experience I mentioned in Visa application in past was part time for 10 hours a week, but the full-time experience I am using now is 35 hours a week, during the same period.

Yes, It will cause misrepresentation to your application.

Ok. I have another question.
Following are experiences I have-

Jul 2013 to jul 2014 1 year full time (IT manager)
Aug 2014- July 2016 - 2 years, 8 hours per week (TA during full time studies in India. Can obtain reference letter)
Oct 2016-Jan 2016 4 - months(Web developer in a private company)
June 2017-till date - 5 months (web developer in same private company)

How much total experience can I claim for express entry
