Hi all,
I am expecting an ITA this month and getting all my documents ready. I would really appreciate if anyone could confirm the employment documents needed under inland CEC. I have the following with me-
1- Job reference letter describing my roles and responsibilities, start date, plus salary.
2- Job offer letter
3 T4 and NOA for last year.
4- pay stubs, initial one month on job, 2 pay stubs from middle and recent last 5 months. I have lost other pay stubs.

Do i need anything else too? I dont have the copy of job contact. Do i need that too ?
Thanks.

From the horse's mouth ---> http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/perm/express/intake-complete.asp

Check the italicized portion in Red below. Note the usage of the word 'may'. Also note that the words 'offer letter' and 'pay stubs' are conspicuous by their absence. CIC doesn't ask for pay stubs and offer letters when you have a valid work reference letter that mentions all required details.

The following documents are mandatory for each work experience declared:

a reference or experience letter from the employer, which

should be an official document printed on company letterhead (must include the applicant’s name, the company’s contact information [address, telephone number and email address], and the name, title and signature of the immediate supervisor or personnel officer at the company),

should indicate all positions held while employed at the company and must include the following details: job title, duties and responsibilities, job status (if current job), dates worked for the company, number of work hours per week and annual salary plus benefits;

If the work experience is in Canada, proof may include copies of T4 tax information slips and Notices of Assessment issued by the Canada Revenue Agency (the time period for these documents should reflect the work experience timeframe [e.g., work experience from 2006 to 2008 requires only documents from those calendar years]).

Thanks Asivad. One more thing, I was paid hourly and my working hours fluctuates between 35 to 45 every week. My manager has written 'Average hours worked - 40 per week'. Also there were one or two weeks during the entire work period when i was sick or had few holidays around Christmas where i worked less hours. How should i go about it. Should i provide all pay stubs to prove i was paid more than 1560 hours ? I am missing many of them now. Pls help.

Your reference letter, T4 and NOA would collectively be enough. The reference letter mentions '40 hours per week' which is more than CIC's stated 30 hours/week to qualify as full-time experience. Pay stubs still not necessary.
