I received my ITA and I found out that in my employment documents, they have mentioned something as letter of reference. I do not have any such document from any of the companies I've worked for. All I have are offer letter, experience letter and relieving letter. Can I submit these? Will it cause an issue?

You need to ask your employer for a reference letter [if you are current employee] or a relieving/experience letter [if you are a former employee], which confirms the following
1. Tenure (date of joining and date of leaving included) and if you are currently working there, then, only the date of joining.
2. Your salary and benefits
3. Working hours per week
4. Your job title and/or designation
5. Your job responsibilities

It should be on a company letter head and should include a verifiable physical address, email and phone number.
