Employment details in citizenship application.. address and contact details?

Hi

This is for Canadian citizenship..

I was filling the employment details and wondering what address should I enter in "where were you physically located in ? Address (number and street name)" when I ALWAYS work from home..

Also in contact details, do I need to provide HR contact or colleagues contact details are fine?

it would be great if I could get some clarification on this.

If you worked from home, enter your home address. I would suggest provide your HR or manager details instead of colleague.
