Employment Designation

Hi

I got designated as Associate Project Manager on April 2008..My company redesignated me to Senior lead on May 2008,before my travel to US
I have all the letters regarding this..Promotion letters,Redesignation letters etc

So I wrote my current designation as Senior Lead in my application form. and sent it to NS,Canada..Now I am preparing all the supporting documents..

When I asked my Company to give me the reference letter...I came to know that my designation is still APM and not changed to Senior Lead..Now since I have mentioned my present designation as Senior Lead I need to submit the documents right??Please help me out!!
