Hello Frds,
Applied - aug 2012
AOR-Sep 2012
I moved to US from Canada and changed my employer. Now I have already sent an email to my visa office i.e Ottawa (OttPilot-Immigration) informing my employment and address change but just wondering if I should send this information thru post again?

Thanks.

CIC mailing instructions clearly mentions not to send the same data over multiple means. So I would suggest you stick with just the email. Wait for a couple of weeks and you can check by sending an email if they have received it or not.

I wouldn't bother following up - it seems to annoy them more. Just send the e-mail and don't worry about it after that. If it's brought up later, you can always print the sent e-mail to send to them...

They don't not to confirm receipt of documents.

Thank you guys for your response..
Well I looked for some instruction if I can find anything related to means of communication in case of employment change but didn't find any ...
Sometimes these small small things can cause issues and so didn't wana take any risk ;)

You are supposed to keep them updated in relation to changes in employment. It's annoying when people ask questions when they don't want to hear the answer.

Good luck.
