Hi Friends,

I have worked for a company for around 18 months. The company name is changed one year ago, and all of my old collegues had moved to new companies. After the selling the company structure has changed and they have changed its name to a new one. So I have asked from them a letter of experience but given that they are going through a lot of cases in the court due to non-paid indemnities, they have stopped issuing any experience letter. However, I have old experience letter signed from my old manager with the old company name and logo as letterhead, who is currently working in another company, and it is matching the cic requirements. Can I use it as a proof?

Additionally, I have my contract, the work permit by the old company name, my old Civil ID showing my sponsor with the old name and finally the page of residency showing also the old name of the company.

Finally, I dont have pay slips, but I my bank statement can show around 12 salaries out of 18. I received the first two cash, and I have not been paid for 4 months due to the company financial issues.

So what do you think ?!
