Hi there I'm completing my 6 months getting experience in it HCCP,? I'm planning to apply in December but my employer is leaving for vacation in late December, means I won't be able to present my 15 days work experience because they're leaving for 15 days but paid , is it going to affect my experience like that? Can I still apply for 6 months in late December?

I don't see how your employer's vacation will affect your application.
since the 15 vacation days is paid, and is declared in your payment stub. This time should be considered as proof of work that counts toward your 6 months of experience. However, I think that you shouldn't apply with a work experience so tight. I think it is better if you accumulate some days more (maybe the end of January).
Just to be sure and don't get a rejection for a lack of working experience.
