Employer won't pay compliance fee

Hi Guys

Asking for a friend here. He's SINP nominated but is in the restoration process. His employer won't pay the $230 compliance fee. What should my friend do? Look for a new job? If he finds a new job, does he needs to submit new SINP job approval letter?

He tried but his employer won't do it since he already did the job approval part of the process

Hi wonderland!

Now a days its hard to find an employer , if the return for a favor is paying the 230 just go ahead give the 230 to thr employer and let them do it. Just for the sake that paper work must go on and its on restoration. It's only 90 days period. And after that everything will be ok. It will earn that amount once start working. I know it should be charge for the employer. They could be reported for that coz its illegal they will be penalized by SINP and the taken away the availity to hire TFW.
