Hello there, I am currently on my PGWP after I got a bachelor's degree from a Canadian University. I am two weeks away from hitting my one year mark of working here. Last month, the clinic I work at got acquired by a bigger company. The old clinic does not exist anymore. I still work same hours, same duties and same pay. Only the employer and clinic name is changed. Now I am planning to enter express entry pool, so here is the question:
Should I enter just one work history with the new company name and explain the acquire in a reference letter?
OR
Should I enter two job histories to separate the employers?
