Hi everyone,
I am so confused and hopefully someone out there can help me a little.
My current employer(retail) who I have been working for for just about a year has now offered me a promotion and a pay raise and is willing to help me apply for the BC PNP. Neither my boss nor I know a great deal about immigration laws allthough we are trying here ;D
I'd be applying as a retail supervisor Noc 6211 B. However, my current work permit expires in just under 4 months. Is there even any point in applying at this point-timewise?
I am a little confused as to what documents I am suppose to include in the initial application.Especially since I need to make sure to get everything I could possibly need to include sent in from the get go.
The BC PNP site seems to only mention the basic application forms, release forms etc. Am I not to include language tests(I am Danish but speak fluent eng), diplomas, references?Anything else?
I'll note that I first came to Canada on a working holiday, started working for this employer who then went on to sponsor my LMO application which allowed me(after several discussions with Service Canada)to apply for a new six months work permit which expires end of Nov.
How long would my employer need to advertise this position for before we could send of the initial application?LMO took forever, so I guess this is just making me anxious now that I might have this opportunity to stay.
I am sure I have many more questions, but any help with these questions or any other additional advise will be greatly appreciated. Slightly overwhelmed here. :'(
