Employer wants to hire me

Hi there,
A Canadian national who is 75 year old wants to hire me as his helper on his home .
I just want to ask what are the requirements for the employer side and what are mine .How he can process it to get me a work visa .

The employer needs to obtain an approved LMIA. YOU must then apply for the work permit.
