Employer under review???????

Hello friends

I am located in Lethbridge area in Alberta. My employer applied for my lmo as supervisor but on the next day only he received a call from service canada that he is under review. He is asked to submit more documents for the people he already have the lmo from past few years. This has made me very tense as my PGWP is expiring in Dec.

Does this happened with anyone and what are chances of positive lmo now???

This is because of the recent exposure of "fraud" in the LMO / temporary foreign workers system. I think it will be very common from now on. If your potential employer passes all the review, you should be OK. However if they fail the review, they may not be allowed to request LMO for a period of time. You can only wait and see what happens.

okies...thanks a lot for the reply... I am so much depressed because of this. I was totally relied on this employer. Can you please tell me the various other available options for me for now as my permit is expiring on Dec 5.
