We are in need of a lawyer who specializes in finding employers for LMIAs and similar immigration job offer requirements. Alternatively, we are in need of a new employer to reach out who needs care or has a family member who needs care within the GTA. It is for NOC44101 (home support worker).
We have a pending application and have fulfilled all other requirements for the caregiver pilot but have been asked by IRCC to replace the current employer who did not wish to comply with the ADR issued earlier.
