Hi,
I am currently working for my employer (in Ontario) with a NOC 0 job. My employer was incorporated in October 2019. Is there a certain criteria for the employer who you work for in order to get that 1 year of valid Canadian work permit?
I have an open work permit (PGWP) that expires in Sept 2022. I joined my current employer in May 2020 and am expecting my 1 year of full time work to complete in May 2021. Just want to make sure I didn't waste all this time working for an employer who doesn't qualify for the CEC requirements.
Any help in clarifying this is appreciated. Thank you.
