Hey guys , i am caught up in a bad situation. My previous employer is not providing me job experience letter for express entry. I called him several times and left texts but he does not reply. When i go to the workplace he is not there and its far like 3-4 hours from me. I asked managers to provide me a job letter, they said they can’t sign anything. It has to be gone thru the owner. As he is the owner operator of the business. I do have a previous job letter signed from him which was provided to me at the time of employment stating my job duties and position and noc code also. But i do not have the end date on as it was provided 1 year ago. I have every pay stub of the company and it also states my position. I dont have a experience letter. What should i do, I already got invitation from express entry. Thank you

I totally understand your frustration. I think there is a way around that but you need to search on the forum.
Basically it will involve your former colleagues (and even clients if you have been exposed to them) and you will have to provide as many documents as possible to convince the officer without any guarantee.
It would be great if somebody that went through that and got his PR could reply.
