I am new to this group and I'm in the process of collecting reference letters from the employers.
Need your help/suggestions/advice about the Employer Reference Letter
1) The recent company I worked with got transferred from - Company A to Company B, they shared the transfer letter stating "I am pleased to inform you of the restructuring of Company A in partnership with Company B", in this case, do I have to get only 1 reference letter from company B or from both the companies?
2) Another concern is about the designation change, I was promoted to "Senior Test Engineer" in April 2018 but when I left the company in November 2019 the designation in my relieving letter states "designation at the time of leaving was "Test lead"", I do not have promotion letter for this, so which designation should i highlight in the reference letter? and how do I mention this as part of designations and duration of each position held during the tenure?
