Employer reference letter

Hi folks,

I have been requested by CIC to submit all the express entry related docs. BUT one of my previous employer is taking too much time to provide me with the reference letter. I do have some time but need to know what can be done in worst case scenario? If they fail to provide me with the required letter.

If they do not, then get it on a plain paper signed by your colleague with his contact details.
