Employer Reference Letter

Hi,
A company cannot issue reference letter on the letter head but instead has written the whole content (job duties and all employment details) in an email(without signature) and has sent to my email address.

In this case, if I provide self-affidavit stating the reason why company cannot issue reference letter along with email print, would that be acceptable under FSW application? I would also be providing bank statements and pay slips for payment records. And also the company can verify the employment information, if asked.

For my case, I cannot even arrange employment reference letter from a company I worked 10-12 years back. Because my 2 reporting boss already resigned from the company.

So I submitted a Statutory Declaration stating reason and job responsibilities. And I attached my job contract, salary slip, promotion letters, experience certificate, tax return etc.

I hope it will work.
