Employer Reference Letter - My Old Company is acquired by an Leading MNC,

Hi,

I am currently awaiting to submit my profile under Express Entry (FSW).

I have a situation here.

My previous company is acquired by a leading MNC company when I was joining there but it was not fully acquired at that time,

I worked for nearly 3 years with my previous employer and I resigned After my resignation now my previous company was fully acquired by the acquisition company. Now in all paper-based information, they are not using the Old Company letterhead anywhere. Only the name of which the company is acquired recently is mentioned in documents like offer letters & payslips.

I can get the Employer Reference Letter with the new Company letterhead only not with the old company name since it is fully acquired. This will cause any impact on my assessment in the PR process. Please Someone Help me.

Only if I need to get it from my old company letterhead then what are information is needed. Please, Someone, help me with this.


Note :

1. All other documents which I am having e.x: offer letter, Payslips, Experience certificate are on old company letterhead only.
2. I can get some return confirmation saying about this acquisition - From HR Department.
3. My old company name is mentioned under the Subsidiaries menu on the official website of the acquired company.
4. There is an article also from a leading Indian journalist that speaks about the acquisition of my old company.
