Employer Portal employer registration question

Hi there, i was wondering if anyone had experience with how the process of the employer registering in the portal (before they can submit a job offer) looks like. How long does it take between when they put their info onto the system to register and the time they get an email confirming they have been accepted (so that they can submit a job offer)?? My understanding was that it was instant, but a few people hete said they've experienced delys and i wonder is that normal, did anyone get registered right away, did you have to wait and if so, how long??? Isthere a reason for that? Does it matter if it's lmia or lmia exempt employers? Is there an official CIC procesing time for this? Please help !

If your employer enrolled at Employer Portal today regardless its thru Sign-In Partner or GCKey, he'll get the confirmation from cic thru email right away.My employer enrolled last night around 11pm and he received the approval email after 30 minutes.He enrolled using the Sign In Partner.
