Employer not sharing H1B details

Dear All,

There might be many struggling from this issue. similarly one of my friend extremely under depression due to lack of H1B details like lottery details, exact dates, receipt number and case number etc.. he is not sure whether to mention the details in EE profile or not. Ultimately, the main reason behind this is employer not sharing the details.

Context-1: applied for h1b but not picked in the lottery.
query: Is it required to mention about this in the EE application?. and submit the required proof with EAPR?

Context-2: Applied for H1b picked in lottery and approved but employer not sharing the details.
query: Is it required to mention about this in the EE application? if your answer is yes, what to submit during EAPR.

No need to mention anything about H1b anywhere while submitting EE profile... be it picked or not picked in lottery. You won't have any section to disclose this even if you want to.

I can recall .. We have a section like "do you applied any other country visa and rejected" something like this.

How about ""someone's H1b application approved but not stamped"". in this case what to do?

There's nothing to do, this is all irrelevant to his EE application.

How can you mention about this for visa rejection question? I thought the question was very straightforward. Otherwise no place to mention.
