employer not pays compliance fee

hi,

I have to extend my work permit where it expires soon.
My employer not pays compliance fee - good to sign paper but not good on money

Don't know what to do. Now I have not another work also to get.
I asked few time to do paper works. But no answer.

Please advice me.

I don't know how to set up a new topic so I write here.

I am a BCPNP nominee (thus an LMIA exemption) and trying to extend my status. I wonder if it would be a problem if I pay the employer compliance fee using my credit card and CIC payment account. I know the payer name will be on the receipt.

Would they possibly decline my application for new wp because the compliance fee is supposed to paid under the company's name, not the applicant?
