I have a query. My previous employer where I worked is not issuing an employment reference letter as per NOC standards. I received a regret letter on company letter that as per company norms we cannot issue employment reference letters as per prescribed format. It is a government organization.
I have my offer letter, hike letters, service certificate with no roles and responsibilities mentioned in it, just mentioning projects worked, cash compensation received, designation.
Kindly advise for the documentation to prove and submit while filing my application.
