Hello Everyone,
I have recently got an email having Officer's Letter of Request for Additional Information for Saskatchewan Province. I have been asked to submit reference letter from employer I have worked for.
Employer 2 - Company does not exist anymore. So what and how shall I respond to office for this ?
Employer 1 - Has not provided me experience letter as I had left the company because it was indulged in fraudulent practice like recruiting me on different company and giving salary slip of different company. On giving resignation it was not accepted and was asked me to serve notice period which was not as per offer letter and being harassed, I quit the company without taking salary. So what shall I do provide in these scenario to the officer who has asked me for the reference from company.
Employer 3 - I have submitted the experience certificate but now officer has asked for reference letter with roles and duties mentioned. My employer is not bothered at all in providing me the reference letter since 10 days. I am just hoping he provides me one.

I have been asked to submit document withing 45 days and already 20 days has passed. Can anyone help me out with suggestion on how shall I proceed ? Any alternatives that I can opt for.

For verifying your tenure in that company you could provide any of your colleges email/phone along with their & your company ID cards or anything that you have common like both of your offers letters which was provided on company letter head just to convince SINP officer that you both worked together in that company

Thanks a lot IMGNSPNP for giving the direction.
Employer 1 - Yes I abandoned and the job was almost for 1 year so not a short term one. But yes I can definitely provide both old and recent proofs of colleagues.

Employer 3 - I am sure the employer is giving reasons. This employer had just 2 employers when I was working and now there are 3-4 employees. The employer is managing himself the owner, HR and all other things are handled by him only. He had also not given reference letter when my colleague had tried to get PR for Australia.

However, I am in contact with all colleagues and can provide all kind of supporting documents that they have. In India, employers don't care for employees and there are no strong rules to safe guide the rights of employees. I hope will all supporting documents that I can provide, the office in Canada will understand the ground reality that I had faced while working in past..

i was in the exact same boat..
company A went under, so i provided all the above mentioned letters and i added the link of news article about company closing down !
company b had an ass as HR rep, so we again provided with all the proof and LOE Also job postings on say job portals describing overlay of duties might help too.

@Stanlee - Great piece of work. A great reference link. Thank you very much the time to create the thread and responding to my issues.

@PN2511 - In India, there are many IT companies and most of have popped up like mushrooms with just couple of developers. Most of employers try out their luck and if not successful then just closes it in a day. You were lucky to prove that at least the company was in news. I am not aware of the owner, not the office exist at same place, no contact number, no news. But thank god that I in touch with my colleagues who can provide their offer letter which might help me prove my genuineness. Thank you for wishing :)
