I am currently in Canada from last 19 months on Work permit with positive LMIA
Recently, my company shut down the previous entity and registered new company and moving us to new company.
So LMIA and Work permit is pending for this new Company.
Question: Can I apply for Express Entry now ?
My New LMIA is in process and not approved yet, but I have old LMIA with old company name. Is it ok to at least create profile with old lmia ?
