Employer lmia number is the same for all streams?

hello,
If my employer applies for lmia do they have to state which employment stream it is for ex;temporary ,federal etc?
If i want to be temporary worker and employer applies for lmia is it true to say that the letter or number the employer receives would have also been valid if I had applied under express entry?
