Employer Letter Vs Client Letter

Hello All

A quick question please. I got a letter from my employer post date: Oct 2013 and a letter from my client in canada dated Sep'2013. I got this client letter as i report to my manager in india.

so do u think this 1 month difference in these 2 letters will be of any issue.

no, as long as both were written AFTER you completed your year of qualifying experience.
