I am applying for PR with ITA on my 2 years of Canadian experience under CEC. This experience is under one employer and under the same profile. However, I had received my salary for the first 8 months without any deduction (T4A basis) which was switched to T4 later. Can I claim my employment based on the employment agreement and confirmation letter stating the fact that I was a full-time permanent employee since the start date of this employment.
In reference to the statement mentioned on the Canada.ca website stating that T4 is not the only document to prove employee- employer relationship.
