employer declaration

Hi,
I'm applying for work permit outside Canada.
I need some help regarding the employer declaration (IMM5658).

I will be in Canada for three months at the Toronto University and I'm not being hired by a Canadian employer and I don't need a LMO.

I would like to know if Toronto University needs to fill this form.
