Hello , I am on LMIA closed work permit and working in canada from past 1 and half year . My visa is going to expire in 1 month. But my employer has to apply for my extension. But he is not responding to my email or calls as he is out of country and has personal issues .I have been trying to reach them from one and half month. I am little worried I have very less time. I have project with my client for next 2 years . I found out a new employer and they are ready to file my new LMIA . Even my client is ready to move my contract to new employer if it is approved.but should I need to leave the country if I didn’t hear the decision in next 1 month after filing from new employer .
